TrĂ€ullit’s products contain two of the oldest building materials in the world – wood and cement – that are combined to form cement-bonded wood wool.
The combination is both simple and ingenious. Wood wool gives the product thermal-insulating, heat-retaining and acoustic-absorbing structure. Cement is the binder that provides strength, moisture resistance and fire protection. A proven and popular building material.
Our products have a high vapour and air permeability together with the ability to absorb and release water molecules from/to the air. This means exposed TrĂ€ullit boards help to equalise the relative humidity (RH) inside the room. TrĂ€ullit really is what is usually called the ”material that breathes”.
TrĂ€ullit’s products have also been tested with respect to emissions and shows very low values.
