Träullit’s products contain two of the oldest building materials in the world – wood and cement – that are combined to form cement-bonded wood wool.
The combination is both simple and ingenious. Wood wool gives the product thermal-insulating, heat-retaining and acoustic-absorbing structure. Cement is the binder that provides strength, moisture resistance and fire protection. A proven and popular building material.
Our products have a high vapour and air permeability together with the ability to absorb and release water molecules from/to the air. This means exposed Träullit boards help to equalise the relative humidity (RH) inside the room. Träullit really is what is usually called the “material that breathes”.
Träullit’s products have also been tested with respect to emissions and shows very low values.
